1. Returns
You have the right to return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. The product must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact, and free from any signs of damage. The item should be in the same condition as when it was received.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate items (unless otherwise stated).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at info@iamtrend.eu, through Instagram Direct, or via the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging and is undamaged. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 business days.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Policy
If the item is defective or not as described, we offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
5. Conditions for EU and Estonia Customers
Our return and refund policy applies equally to customers in Estonia and other EU countries, as outlined above. We comply with consumer protection laws set by the European Union.
